RINEE is an interdisciplinary and international network of researchers and professionals. The group was founded on the premise that experts and expertise are crucial to organizations and public debate alike. However, we, researchers, HR professionals, managers of experts, CEO, have no platform to think about experts and expertise in an interdisciplinary way, in order to enrich our theoretical and practical knowledge on the one hand, and our business, managerial and HR practices on the other.

By bringing together researchers and professionals in an international and interdisciplinary way, RINEE pursues several objectives:

• For researchers: strengthen the international community of researchers on experts and expertise, meet colleagues from other disciplines, foster research projects, dialogue with practitioners...
• For professionals: meet other professionals, benefit from a forum for exchange on different issues, take part in workshops, meet researchers who can shed light on debates...

An annual workshop is held to bring this community together.
